On Wednesday the 22nd of September the annual MetroSport event was hosted by METKA and Student Union AUS in the Helsinki Olympic Stadium. Thousands of students from several campuses of Metropolia including the Metropolia Business school participated in several sporting exercises and tournaments.

For the first time MetroSport also included other Universities in the events which covered sports and activities such as mini-football, dancing, floorball and golf. The event had members from several local teams and companies providing information about their sports and products to whomever was interested.
