We at Metropolia Business School wish personally and cordially to invite you to our next event of our international business and politics speakers’ series on Friday, 18 February 2011, 1200 at Leiritie 1, Vantaa, in the A Auditorium. As you know, we are a leading international business school in Finland. We are part of Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, the largest university of its kind in Finland.

Our next speaker, Giles Ji Ungpakorn is formerly an assistant professor of political science from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He is an internationally known political activist, commentator, and author who fled Thailand because of charges of Lese Majeste on comments he had made in a book concerning the King of Thailand. Here is a wonderful opportunity to meet him and to listen to what he has to say about international social responsibility and Thailand and how the political situation in Thailand can affect investment, travel and the international community. This is a rare opportunity to meet and listen to a future leader of a foreign country. We at the university are pleased and honored to have Professor Ungpakorn speak at our series for us.
