On the 5 th of December Megora and Metropolia Charity teams organize a Christmas party in Megora, Myyrmäki. The B building transforms into a winter wonderland where you can play twister, table ice-hockey and of course meet the man himself Santa Claus.
The whole idea of the party is about raising money for charity. Students are selling delicious chocolate Santa Clauses and all profits go to Finnish children´s charity campaign Joulupuu. Joulupuu´s goal is to give presents to children who live in Helsinki and who otherwise wouldn´t get a Christmas present. According to Joulupuu there are about 8500 children and youngsters among child welfare in Helsinki.
So let´s all go to Megora, Myyrmäki on Wednesday between 12.00 and 14.00 and buy those chocolate Santa Clauses to give someone a happier Christmas!
