1. Make sure to be expressive in your movement to keep the audience looking at you
2. Be ready for any technical difficulties and remember to stay calm and as if everything is okay if anything happens
3. It helps to imagine that the audience is in the auditorium even if they aren’t physically there
4. Plan your seminars schedule before hand, it could seem that you’re running out of time and suddenly you aren’t, it’s a talent to be able to follow your schedule 100%
5. Finally what I learned was: it is not that scary, just go into any seminar or presentation as yourself and you will succeed the best of your abilities
